Iris Foto Schweiz Prize Draw — Terms of Participation

1. Organiser

The organiser is one idea gmbh (Iris Foto Schweiz), Bertiswilstrasse 2, 6023 Rothenburg, Switzerland. Contact: hello@oneidea.ch.

2. Duration

The prize draw runs until 31 October 2026. No further entries are possible after that date.

3. Participation

Entry is made via the competition page on iris-foto-schweiz.ch (a spin on the Iris machine, followed by securing the prize with an e-mail address and phone number).

• Entry is free of charge and without any obligation to buy.
• One entry per e-mail address is possible.
• Eligible are natural persons aged 18 or over resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
• Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
• If manipulation is suspected (e.g. multiple entries via different addresses, automated entry), the organiser may exclude entries and prizes without stating reasons.

4. Instant prizes on the Iris machine

• The prize code is sent by e-mail and is valid for 24 hours from the spin; after that it expires.
• The photo session and the actual redemption must have taken place before 31 October 2026 at one of our studios. After that date all vouchers expire.
• The code must be entered when booking the appointment and is offset against the picture order at the studio.
• Picture vouchers (CHF 100.–, CHF 300.–, CHF 500.–) can be redeemed against pictures from an order value of CHF 199.–.
• There is no cash payout; any remaining balance expires. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

5. Main prize (draw)

• The main prize is a Signature package 70×70 cm + 2× 34×34 cm in acrylic worth CHF 1'099.–. Alu-Dibond may be chosen instead of acrylic.
• All customers who have purchased such a Signature package by the cut-off date of 31 October 2026 are automatically entered into the draw. No separate registration is required.
• The draw takes place live after the cut-off date. The winner is announced by first name and informed personally.
• Payment is made as a refund of the amount actually paid for the Signature package (acrylic or Alu-Dibond), within 10 days, to a bank account named by the winner.
• By entering the draw, the participant agrees to their first name being announced as part of the draw.

6. Legal recourse

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organiser.

7. Data protection

The e-mail address and phone number provided are used to run the prize draw and the appointment booking. They are not passed on to third parties. Details in the privacy policy.

8. Changes

The organiser reserves the right to discontinue or adapt the prize draw without prior notice for important reasons (e.g. technical failure, abuse).
