What does an iris photo event cost?

Costs start from CHF 1,500 (with an ad-space partnership) and depend on duration and scope. Fill out the form and you'll receive a detailed, transparent quote straight away.

What do we need on site?

Just Wi-Fi, power, a table (approx. 100 × 80 cm) and 2–3 chairs. We bring everything else — equipment, laptop and give-away prints.

How long does an event last?

Three to eight hours, depending on the package. In three hours we capture around 30–40 irises, in eight hours up to 100. For larger events we bring several photographers simultaneously.

Is the shot really safe and painless?

Yes, absolutely. The shot is completely painless, contactless and takes under two minutes per person. It is suitable for all age groups.

Where in Switzerland are you available?

Across Switzerland — from Zurich via Lucerne, Bern, Basel, Grisons, Valais and Aargau to Suisse romande and Ticino. Travel is included in the event price.

Can guests take something home?

Yes. Every guest can receive a premium iris give-away: a photo print, an acrylic-glass mount or a kitchen magnet — from CHF 9 per item, billed by actual use.

What is iris diagnosis (iridology)?

Iridology is a complementary-medicine method that draws conclusions about constitutional predispositions and the body's weak points from the structures, colours and signs in the iris. You'll find more on our Iris Diagnosis page.

Who carries out the iris diagnosis with you?

Prof. Rita Fasel conducts iris diagnoses exclusively online via video call. You can attend the consultation conveniently from home or anywhere in Switzerland.

Is iris diagnosis a medical diagnosis?

Accepted Answer

No. Iridology does not replace a conventional medical examination or diagnosis. It serves as a complementary method for self-awareness and indicates possible constitutional tendencies.

Do I need an iris photo from you for the iris diagnosis?

A high-resolution iris photo from us is the ideal basis — but it's not mandatory. If you're interested, you can discuss this directly with Rita Fasel.

Does the iris change over the course of life?

Accepted Answer

The basic structure of the iris stays the same throughout life — much like a fingerprint. Pigmentations and certain markings can, however, change over the years.

How long does an iris photo shoot take?

A shoot takes about 10–15 minutes per person. The actual capture is done in seconds — but we take time for advice and the perfect result.

What does an iris photo shoot cost?

An iris shoot starts from CHF 120 for one person. For several people the packages are discounted — e.g. 2 people from CHF 219, 3 people from CHF 329. You'll find all current prices and packages on our prices page.

What is a Clash?

A Clash is an artistic fusion of two or more irises in one image — perfect for couples, siblings, families or best friends. Pricing: 1- and 2-person Clash CHF 100 each, 3-person Clash CHF 150, 4- to 6-person Clash CHF 200.

When do I receive my images?

You'll receive the digital file in low resolution by email within 5–7 business days as a rule. Wall prints and prints are produced and shipped separately.

Can I wear contact lenses?

Contact lenses should be removed for the shoot, as they cover the natural structure of the iris. Best to bring your glasses as an alternative.

You can book an appointment online via our website at any time. Pick your preferred studio and date — done!

What happens with a cancellation?

For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of CHF 50 applies. Details are in our terms and conditions.

Yes! Iris photography is a wonderful gift. You can order vouchers directly via our website. They are redeemable at all studios and valid for 1 year.

From what age can children be photographed?

We photograph children from age 8. Younger children usually can't sit still long enough — the result would be unsatisfying for everyone involved.

Can dogs or cats be photographed too?

Can parents be present during a child's shoot?

Of course. Parents are welcome to attend the shoot at any time and accompany their children.

Can I do a Clash with my child or pet?

Yes, gladly! A Clash between parent and child or with a pet is a particularly personal gift idea.

Which materials are the iris prints available in?

We offer Alu-Dibond and acrylic glass in numerous formats. You'll find the available materials, sizes and prices in our wall configurator and on the prices page.

How long does delivery of the wall prints take?

Production and delivery of the wall prints normally take 2–4 weeks from confirmation of the image selection.

Can I reorder my image later?

Yes. We archive your high-resolution file — you can reorder further prints or other formats at any time.

Can I have the motif individually designed?

Yes. Via our wall configurator you can adjust colours, backgrounds and arrangement to your taste. On request we'll also advise you personally.

Do I also receive the digital file of my iris?

Yes. All shoot packages include a digital file in low resolution. Higher resolutions are available as an add-on.
