Iris Foto Schweiz Prize Draw — Terms of Participation

1. Organiser

The organiser is one idea gmbh, Bertiswilstrasse 2, 6023 Rothenburg, Switzerland (hereinafter "Iris Foto Schweiz" or "organiser"). Contact: hello@oneidea.ch.

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein who have reached the age of 18.

Excluded are:

• Employees of one idea gmbh and their relatives
• Partner companies and their employees
• Persons who use unauthorised aids

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries with different email addresses will lead to the exclusion of all affected entries.

3. Entry period

The entry period is indicated on the website and in the prize-draw form. After expiry, further entries are not possible.

4. Participation

Participation is via a form on the website iris-foto-schweiz.ch. Required:

• Complete and correct entry of first name, last name, and email address
• Consent to data processing according to the Privacy Policy
• Submission of the form within the entry period

Participation is free of charge and independent of any booking or purchase. Newsletter subscription is NOT a prerequisite for participation.

5. Prize

The prize is indicated on the website and in the prize-draw form (e.g. an iris photo shoot for a defined number of persons at the location of choice).

The prize is not transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and cannot be exchanged for other services. Travel or other incidental costs are not covered.

The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of notification. The claim expires without replacement after this period.

6. Prize draw and notification

After the end of the entry period, the winner is determined by lot from all valid entries. The draw is carried out by the organiser, not in public.

Notification is by email to the address provided in the form. If no response is received within fourteen (14) days, the claim expires and a new draw is carried out.

7. Data protection

The data collected is used exclusively for the running of the prize draw and deleted after its conclusion, unless separate consent (e.g. newsletter) has been given.

8. Liability

The organiser is not liable for damages arising from participation or from use of the prize, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence. No guarantee for the continuous availability of the website and form.

9. Exclusion and early termination

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants in case of violation or manipulation, as well as to abort or modify the prize draw for important reasons. There is no entitlement to its execution.

10. Legal recourse, law, jurisdiction

Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of one idea gmbh, unless mandatorily provided otherwise.

11. Severability clause

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
